Verification & Appeals
You have the right to appeal the decision of the Examining Board if you believe there has been an error in the Board’s decision. Appeals are only permitted within limited grounds. The Regulations and resources below provide information on what constitutes grounds for an appeal, how to make an appeal, and the process that will then be undertaken to consider the appeal.
- Appeals may only be made on grounds specified in the Appeals Procedure and must be supported by relevant evidence.
