Making changes to existing programmes

Communications Strategy for programme changes post enrolment

Cardiff University has formal processes for making changes to existing programmes of study and this page will give you access to the relevant forms and documentation necessary to go through these processes.

Full details about the programme approval and management policies are available in the Programme Approval Policy Framework, approved by Academic Standards and Quality Committee. Generic guidance is available in the Programme Approval Guidance Handbook. Please consult these documents before completing any of the documentation below.

If you are uncertain as to whether the changes to your programme are Minor, Intermediate or Major, or want bespoke advice on the situation with your programme please contact your College Quality Officer using the details at the bottom of this page.
