Minor Changes to Existing Programmes 

This page provides guidance on the extent of changes that can be approved by a School, and the mechanism for seeking advice and approval and reporting the outcome of changes to REGIS.

Managing Minor Changes to Programmes

On an annual basis, schools will be asked to confirm the accuracy of the programme diet structures for all current programmes. Once confirmed, the structures can be viewed via the programme information and ‘view confirmed module diet’ reports on SIMS Online. Where a Board of Studies or School Board approves minor changes to one or more programmes of study for the following session, the change must be recorded online via the processes detailed below;

The deadlines for reporting changes to existing programmes of study are given below.  Please note that changes should be approved by the relevant authority within the School before being communicated to REGIS.
