Themes
This section provides contextual information for the principal learning and teaching enhancement themes at Cardiff. The themes have been identified through various sources:
- The Strategic Framework for Learning and Teaching;
- Feedback from colleagues at Cardiff;
- The principal organising themes set out by the current literature, external policy drivers and national bodies such as the Higher Education Academy.
The themes form an important part of the activity undertaken by Schools to enhance the student experience, and are embedded in the processes by which the University reviews its provision. For further information on the processes which underpin enhancement activity, please see the Academic Quality System.
